We shall see. tRump is crazy enough to keep doing Israel's bidding.

Ohio Barbarian's avatar

I think the real question is how much he will be allowed to do their bidding.

J C's avatar

I hope you are correct.

The US will pull back somewhat and stop attacking, while Iran ceases attacks on US targets, leaving the strait at least partially open for the time being. But then in the meantime, Israel will continue on its current course and repeatedly face responses from Iran that do not trigger a US reaction. In other words, a temporary, limited war between Israel and Iran. If that will change after the primaries cannot be predicted how it will unfold. https://substack.com/home/post/p-202468392

The casual lack of concern by International leaders about the genocides they're enabling is gutting. It's all just transactional finance. Period. Full stop. They DGAF about human beings. I honestly can't conceive of that world view. And yet it dominates.

The West is only ever about death for corporate profit and national narcissism. We aren't even a civilization ... just another death cult gang.

Ohio Barbarian's avatar

It is, but we have to be aware of how it operates, in self-defense if nothing else.

The Epstein Class is only concerned about their lives and has gone to great lengths to put in place mechanisms across NATO and the EU to protect it's interests, not humanities.

For years a large part of our propagandization has been to make brutality an abstract idea to us. It only happens on the MSM, somewhere else.

People are slowly waking up. Monsters aren't a nightmare, they are real and they rule us, rape our children and then eat them.

In the meantime, any member of Congress or anyone in a primary for Congress needs to be asked in public whenever possible two questions:

1) Are you American first or Israel first.

2) Are you now or have you ever accepted any amount of campaign funding with any Zionist/Israeli PAC.

If the answers are not a definitive 'America' and 'No' one cannot morally support a candidate.

If that means you don't vote, fine. For every voter who abstains it undermines any hollow pretense that we have a legitimate political system. (Hint: We don't.)

Time to throw out all the bipartisan trash, reset and start over.

Ohio Barbarian's avatar

Hoozah! That's my standard this year.

I was at an event with a Dem Congressional primary candidate recently and he gave the right answers, but then got nervous, glancing around the room and babbling about "supporting the Israeli people" blah-d-blah-blab-blab. The guy is a 21-year Army vet but clearly doesn't have the courage to just make a statement and be fearless. He lost any chance of me voting for him, or in the Democratic primary.

I had another experience with a Dem primary candidate who, again, gave the right answers but made no effort to respond to some information I told him I would send. Not even just a quick note of "Hey, thanks for the info." I wrote him again last week and said if he couldn't respond to a potential voter when he was mewling for my vote there is absolutely no reason to believe he would respond to a constituent once in office.

I won't be voting in the primary.

F-em all.

Ohio Barbarian's avatar

Ah, mealy-mouthed Democrats. Isn't it comforting that some things never change?

Mark Taylor's avatar

And never will.

Went to a Q&A Tuesday night for the Republican candidates NY congressional district 21, Elise Stephanik's seat. It was interesting.

Constantino's supporters were many, loud and aggressive.

You can watch it on the Upstate Conservative Coalition (UCC) site. Think it's on Twitter. Elk's Lodge Saratoga Springs. June 16.

His opponent, Smullen, is a retired Colonel from the USMC, typical RINO neocon/lib that we luv to hate..

Ceasefire warfare will continue as a strategic program to restock weapons and unify the bipartisan settler colonial Congress for the year after the midterms- you can see Elizabeth Warren jumping up to clap at Iran Can’t Have A Nuclear Weapon at the SOTUA but voting against the mostly unanimous $1.5T NDAA.

Ohio Barbarian's avatar

That is very likely, which is why I put my bottom figure for any aid cutoff at nine months from now, and that will only happen if there is an overwhelming Democrat majority and seething anger over the issue with the public.

And, like it or not, a lot of that will depend on the price of gas and food.

MissAnneThrope's avatar

True. It sucks. And, a lot of people don't have the time for "all this." I've always been fascinated by "politics." It's a taboo subject in polite conversation - which probably explains my limited social life. Still. I believe most people, given information they could trust, would absolutely support halting funding to the zionist genociders.

Ohio Barbarian's avatar

I believe that taboo is a particularly American thing. When I was young and well-off, I went to Europe and was amazed at all the intense, often heated, political conversations I heard in taverns and cafes.

TheRepublicIsDead's avatar

Expect gas and food to start serious price increases in July/August.

Unless there is a false flag operation here or somewhere around the world ...BTW, most fitting use of the word "Bastard"

It's a great word.

"Iran will eventually retaliate forcibly against Israel."

Oh, please? Purty please? I can't wait for that day--along with the day Gaza is at last open to humanitarian aid and groups. It can't come soon enough.

Ohio Barbarian's avatar

That will come as soon as the Israelis commit some massive atrocity, most likely in Lebanon.

TheRepublicIsDead's avatar

Cuz the massive atrocities in Gaza are old news?

Hezbollah is putting a whupping on the IDF in Lebanon, Israeli's are still departing their promised land.

Iran is already retaliating forcibly against Israel.

Most people and all of the "experts" ignore the religious component of Israeli atrocities. The Epstein Class is using a biblical Israel as the justification along with "security concerns". There is a small, but influential sect in Israel that believes Israel must act heinously to bring the Messiah to save Israel. And the Christian Zionists are OK with it, because they want Armageddon sooner than later.

I noticed after Glenn Greenwald was on the Jimmy Dore tonight that the mentally ill zionist grifter,Laura Loomer was "predicting" on X the plot which is really another Israeli false flag. I love the way she tried to tie it to podcaster host terrorists. Poor Larry... If she's not trying to fantasize how important she is, she's trying to be Jewish. I feel sorry for any person of the true Jewish faith... What a crisis in what you thought the world would become and what it is. Hey, OB... Do you like this current Trump personality, admitted what we knew all along, that he's out of cards & Patriot missiles and oil reserves??? Dumbo, the Elephant has no cards. But, like you said, This can go anywhere.

Ohio Barbarian's avatar

I don't pay much attention to Trump's daily ravings and antics because he's not the one in charge. If there's anybody in charge in the White UFC Center, it's Susan Wiles, and she's still not more powerful than say, Larry Fink.
