If you have ever seen the Useless Farms videos, you would be afraid of that emu. The woman who makes the videos, Amanda, has a rescued animal sanctuary in Canada, and one of her emus, aptly named Karen, had been passed around to so many different places that she is now just sort of murderous and takes every chance she gets to attack. It is a very funny channel. Very deadpan humor, my favorite. Uselessfarm.com has a link to its Youtube channel..

Also I think Australia went to war against emus and lost.

I am sort of struggling with the notion that countries should not do what their voters want them to do, but what the US wants them to do. Is that really Vance's message? Have I misinterpreted? Freedom of speech is pretty much on its last legs everywhere. Here in the US, protest against genocide and one can lose their student visa, for instance. So Vance can STFU and stop being holier than Them. IMO. As a whole, though, I enjoyed Vance and Hegseth handing NATO and the EU their lunch. Although I am kind of scared of what Zelensky will do next - the next war, IMO, will be a lot of drones sent to smash nuclear sites and such, and that is Zelensky's favorite thing to do, seems like.

As usual, great list!

Useless Farms videos are great! I've been watching them for a couple years I'd say.

Did you see the one where Amanda was saying which dogs at the Westminster Dog Show represented each of her animals? I won't spoiler it, but what she said when she got to Michael is absolutely one of the funniest things I have ever heard.

Bruv - I never once met an anti-israel Jew. And I've known a whole lotta Jews. Maybe they just woulda been run out of Miami on a rail - can't say that for sure. Suspect they are exotic academic Frankensteins that don't exist in the general population. Or mebbe that faction is just so full of racial animosity that they won't even speak with deplorables like me. Can't say for sure.

But definitely wouldn't put a whole lot of stock in an expensive ad run in NY Pravda.

You don't know many Jews, do you? Or pay much attention to the ones online who have been consistently anti-Israel since October 7.

Like most Americans, they're a mixed lot, and anyone who broadbrushes them is just as despicable as those who say all Arabs are terrorists.

I am still twiddling my thumbs for Azov's morbid promise to Zelensky's Mussolini treatment.

Harrowing as it sounds, whilst both Ukraine and Gaza are still gonna have inhabitants; call me superstitious, but I have a spiritual hunch that these two are gonna very haunted places similar to Afghanistan; where there had been paranormal reports of restless spirits unable to pass on to the afterlife due to a variety of factors such as improper burials and great anguish when they are flesh. If the MIC's sponsored Endless war doesn't stop (by hook or by crook), these two cursed nations will share Afghan's ghoulish status as the "graveyard of empires".

I won't call you superstitious because I've been in the Alamo. It's haunted as fuck.

There are spots in the building that are always a bone-chilling cold, no matter how hot it is, and it's not the air-conditioning. There are places where staff will not go after dark.

I also visited the Roman Colosseum once. I couldn't get out fast enough.

And not in the news much yet, there was a drone attack on the Chernobyl sarcophagus, almost certainly a Ukrainian false flag attack with Ukraine not invited to the peace talks in Saudi Arabia.

We didn't make it to the Chernobyl tour 60 miles from Kiev - not everyone was over 18 then - but I know families downwind and the impacts of it.

Yah, I saw that. Like the Russians are going to let the Demon Chernobyl out of the bottle to plague them when they're on the cusp of winning.

Ukraine really has no say in its own fate. Their government was a willing puppet for the US Empire, and now that they are no longer useful, they will be discarded just like all of the other wornout imperial toys. What's Zelensky going to do when Trump treats him like the NED, cry?

Ukraine either signs a peace treaty Russia will accept or they will have even harsher terms imposed on them by military force. It's a pretty stark choice, but sometimes reality is stark.

Great list. My long range forecast is that Trump (among other world leaders) attends the May 9 VE celebration in Moscow....Holding my breath that pending this thaw in relations and assuming my health and resources cooperate Russian travel will become available and I can make a trip....

Having said that, though I do welcome the promise of change in project Ukraine, I do wonder about the value of US foreign policy when it can have such a perishable shelf life between administrations. Further, not that I want to contemplate a crystal ball but while I think a lot about Trump getting even (Clintons, McCabe, Strzok, Page (+/-) I also wonder if this would create greater friction among political elites sooner or later...., again the shelf life of US domestic policy....
